SQL Service Control is an application controls any type of SQL Service. You can change service account, change service password, list all SQL services, and start/stop any type of SQL service. You can use the application in change SQL service account in console mode, change SQL service account password without restart service from console (works in UAC as well), list all SQL services, start any type of SQL service, and stop any type of SQL service.
